  Walked into this toy store last Thursday, woman behind counter asked if I was looking for anything, I mentioned I was surprised to see so much pirate stuff. Every other store was bear or animal related to the Big Bear area. She seemed to be very defensive about my comment. She became rude and kept making statements about the store and the contents therein. Was made to feel very "beary" uncomfortable. I would not have bought anything from her or there if I had been looking for it for years. Will never walk back in that place again. Can't post without giving one star for rating, but that's one too many.
