  One word sums up this company... SHADY! I rent. And as part of my bill I pay for their delinquent loan. Another part of my bill goes for future infrastructure. Zero of my bill goes to actual water. If you rent, they will also try to charge you a 'privilege to pay' fee. What the F kind of privilege is that? Scumbags! I want to get a class action lawsuit started for people up here renting and paying their shady fees.
